The first picture was taken in November, 2 months before I decided that I needed to take care of my body.

Second picture was taken a few days ago.- Sorry for the poofy hair, I was bored.
Truth is, I still eat a fair amount of junk. Also, I don’t exercise everyday. But, I do include healthy snacks into all my meals and I walk a lot and try and move around when I can.
It’s little things like that, that help you get to where you want to be with your body. It’s hard to give up EVERYTHING you love, and sometimes I can’t even go a day without chocolate or candy.
But it’s a lifestyle, not just some temporary fix. You have to set realistic goals. And frequent ones.
